Photo patches are popular to remember someone you love, living or deceased. You also can take a picture of a prized possession and have us put that on a photo patch. We have even reproduced a picture of a person's tattoo onto a fabric patch. Anything you can take a picture of, we can put onto a custom photo patch.
You can add words onto your patch, such as name, location, date. We will make it fit.
The design is permanently DYED into the patch, not stitched. The only stitching is the border. This is a very clean look with no small threads to fray. It is permanently dyed sub-surface, at the molecular level and is called dye sublimation. Please see our zoomed-in photos to understand what we make.
100% polyester commercial grade patch which can be scrubbed, washed, dried, and dry cleaned.
The most popular sizes for photos are 2x3 rectangles, 3x4 rectangles, and circles. If you want a different size/shape, just let us know.
Options in the checkout are:

Only two options are allowed in the Etsy checkout. Other things we will need to know you can put in your notes to seller or a message in the Etsy messaging system (convo). These include:

The patch is completely customizable. We will work with whatever you envision. We will also do various enhancements in Photoshop to make your photo look its best, including removing small amounts of distractions such as power lines and wall sockets.
You will send your photo as a convo (message to seller) in the Etsy messaging system and PLEASE DO NOT PRE-CROP. We always need more background than most people realize. If you want to also send a cropped version to show what you want, that is fine. Also, along the same lines, WE PREFER TO PUT THE TEXT ON OURSELVES. This will ensure it is the most readable text possible, not too close to the border, etc. Again, if you want to send a version showing how you think you want the text, that is fine. If you want a specific font, let us know.
